Clinton A. Schroeder is a 1955 graduate of the Carlson School of Business Administration and a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School also in 1955. He has been a member of the Minneapolis law firm of Gray, Plant, Mooty since 1957. He is considered one of the foremost authorities in the country on tax planning and philanthropy. He is also the vice-chair of the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company that insures lawyers for matters of professional responsibility and ethics. He has also been a civic and community leader having served as board chair of The Minneapolis Foundation, the Fairview Healthcare System and Southdale YMCA to name a few.
