Orville D. Johnson graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering in 1960. He has gone on to have a distinguished professional and business career and is now the chairman of UFE, Inc., a high technology polymer processing and engineering company. He is a leader in educational, humanitarian, civic and business organizations. He is described as an inspiring example of intelligence, integrity, hard work and commitment to the common good.
