Noel Nix

Noel Nix received a bachelor of science in business (2004) from the Carlson School of Management and a master of urban and regional planning degree from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs (2010) at the University of Minnesota. He currently serves as principal aid to Ramsey County Commissioner Toni Carter. He is an active volunteer for the Humphrey School of Public Affairs in recruiting and admissions, specifically for the Krusell Fellowship, a highly competitive scholarship designed to recruit and prepare high achieving scholars of color to be Minnesota’s next leaders and change makers in community development. Nix is a frequent and highly sought after speaker at recruitment events and informational sessions for prospective students.
