Julie Johnson

Julie Johnson received a bachelor's degree in 1981 and a Pharm.D. in 2006 from the College of Pharmacy at the University of Minnesota. She served five years on the College's Pharmacy Alumni Society Board of Directors, and as president from 1992-93. She was the program coordinator for the College's Mentorship Program and was honored as National Volunteer of the Year by the UMAA in 1994. She served as a Course Director within the College for ten years. In 1994, the students presented her with the College's Teacher of the Year Award. She has served on the College's Century Mortar Club Board since 1998 and is the recipient of the Weaver Medal, the College's highest honor awarded to a pharmacist contributing to the profession at a local, state or national level. Currently, she is the Chief Executive Officer of the Minnesota Pharmacists Association.
