Robert W. Eichinger

Robert W. Eichinger, dedicated volunteer, received a bachelor of arts degree in psychology and a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology (1975) from the College of Liberal Arts (CLA) at the University of Minnesota. Eichinger has served as an advisor to staff, the dean, and to the faculty in the Department of Psychology of CLA. He has mentored numerous students, moderated alumni discussions per CLA strategic plans, helped raise funds for psychology programs, and served as a speaker at CLA’s annual scholarship luncheon. Considered to be an international authority in the field of industrial relations, he has spent almost 40 years teaching, consulting, and coaching in executive training and human resources programs. He co-founded Lominger Limited, a publisher of leadership development products and solutions in 1991.
