Robert J. Kueppers earned a bachelor of science degree in business in 1976 from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He has over 40 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing, and management. He retired from Deloitte LLP in 2015 as deputy CEO and vice chairman. Currently, Keuppers is a partner with SagePartners, a boutique consulting firm specializing in strategy and governance, and a senior advisor with RIDGE-LANE Limited Partners. He has been an active volunteer for the Carlson School for almost 20 years, serving as chair of the Carlson School Board of Overseers for the past eight years. During his tenure, he has increased Board of Overseer engagement by leveraging members’ skills and networks and creating the current board structure. He is a true inspiration to others through his volunteer commitments and personal philanthropy.
