Todd Williams received a bachelor of science degree (1991) in business from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. His dedication to the University of Minnesota Alumni Association (UMAA) Board of Directors and the Carlson School of Management Undergraduate Advisory Board is outstanding. He has demonstrated his commitment through his volunteer work as a panelist with LeaderShape, serving as the keynote speaker for more than 100 potential students and parents at GopherBusiness, and forging business connections for Carlson School programs. He served as an advisor as the Carlson School Undergraduate Program completed a strategic initiative process and began to reevaluate how it approaches the work of diversity and inclusion. And, through his network, he has introduced the Carlson School at the Twin Cities Diversity Roundtable and the Forum on Workplace Inclusion. Williams has been an active member of the UMAA since 2009, serving as a member of the UMAA National Board, Finance and Audit Committee, Awards Committee, Target Alumni Network, and on the Board of Directors. He is described as having a passion for improving the undergraduate student experience and implementing strong diversity initiatives.
