Yvonne Cheung Ho

Yvonne Cheung Ho graduated from the Carlson School of Management in 1976. She currently is the president and CEO of the Metropolitan Economic Development Association, an agency committed to the welfare of the minority business community. She was appointed by former Governor Jesse Ventura (2000) to serve on a working group to address minority business issues in Minnesota. In 2002, she was named Minnesota Minority Small Business Advocate of the Year. She is also co-founder of the Emerging Market Alliance, a network comprised of organizations and individuals focusing on the importance of emerging markets in Minnesota. She is described as a gifted leader who is optimistic, intelligent, enthusiastic, and an inspiration to others.
