Robert L. Duffy, Jr. received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the Carlson School of Management in 1968 at the University of Minnesota. Currently, he is the vice president and senior partner at A.T. Kearney, a prestigious global management consulting firm with 3,200 employees and a presence in 40 countries. Duffy is sought out for his expertise in corporate restructuring, post-merger integration, organizational strategy, performance management, and business model alignment and governance. He has advised leading corporations in the health care, consumer products, and high tech industries worldwide. An active member in his community, Duffy has served on numerous boards and committees including the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Bay Area Council, the Executive Committee of the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco, the Board of University of California Berkeley International House, and the Board and Executive Committee of the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
