Larry D. Buegler received a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Minnesota in 1959, and went on to an extraordinary career in finance and banking. He has distinguished himself through exceptional leadership and service in the credit and banking industry in Minnesota, the upper Midwest, the Russian Federation, and Eastern Europe. Over a 37-year career he made major contributions to investor-owned businesses, to the farm credit system, to the development of financial institutions, and to the financial management of the city of St. Paul. In his retirement he continues to assist financial institutions in achieving the same high standards of excellence he exemplifies.
