Charles M. Osborne

Charles M. Osborne received a bachelor of science in business administration (1975) and a master’s in business taxation (1983) from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Since 2004, he has served as the chief financial officer and vice president of Fair Isaac Corporation, a leading provider of analytics and decision management technology. He plans to retire from this position July 31, 2009. His previous positions include president and chief operating officer of Graco, chief financial officer and vice president of McLeod USA, interim chief financial officer at the University of Minnesota Foundation, and senior vice president and chief financial officer of Deluxe Corporation. Described as a tireless volunteer, he has given time and energy to several nonprofit organizations such as the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation, St. John’s University School of Theology, St. John Vianney College Seminary, the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis, and the Boy Scouts (both state and national). He has also been a longtime adjunct faculty member or classroom speaker in accounting and finance at the University of Minnesota, University of St. Thomas, and William Mitchell Law School.
