John Bergstrom is described as an accomplished alumnus and dedicated volunteer. He has served as Carlson School of management representative to the national board, treasurer, and vice president of the University of Minnesota Alumni Association. His financial acumen, analytical skills, and understanding of technology helped the association develop a long-range financial plan, fund a database conversion, and advance the McNamara Alumni Center/University of Minnesota Gateway project.
