Heather L. Midje Larson is the vice president of operations and technical shared services for General Mills Innovation Technology and Quality (ITQ) Organization. She received a master’s of business administration in 1995 from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. She also received a bachelor of science in chemical engineering (1988). Larson is a long-time member of the Supply Chain and Operations Advisory Group and serves as co-chair of the Supply Chain and Operations Executive Advisory Committee, founded in November 2013. Larson is credited with helping the Carlson School launch and continue Carlson Consulting Enterprise activities at General Mills and serves as a liaison between Carlson School faculty and General Mills executives. She also serves as a guest speaker for Carlson School MBA courses. In addition, she is the corporate sponsor for the successful General Mills ITQ MBA Essentials Program that General Mills conducts with the Carlson School Executive Development Center.
