Deborah Broberg

Deborah Broberg received a master's degree in human resources and industrial relations (HRIR) from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota in 1997. Currently, she is the vice president of Enterprise Learning and Development at Wells Fargo. Soon after graduating, she began volunteering as a mentor for first year HRIR students. In 2006, she was nominated and elected to the IRC Alumni Relations Board and in the following year she was elected and served as board president. Her dedication as a volunteer includes serving as a liaison between Wells Fargo and the Carlson School, which has supported programs and student initiates at the University of Minnesota. She is also a member of the Carlson School Alumni Career Network and the Carlson School Undergraduate Advisory Board.
