Constance M. Kozlak

M. Constance Kozlak received a master's degree in public affairs from the Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs (Institute) in 1972 at the University of Minnesota. For more than a decade, she has been a tireless volunteer, participating in the Institute's mentor program and serving on the alumni board and advisory committees. She is considered to be an invaluable resource to the Institute's career services operation through her connection to organizations and agencies that provide internship and employment opportunities for students. She is described as embodying the spirit of alumni support at the Institute and the University of Minnesota. Currently, she is the manager of transportation systems planning and programming for the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities.
